On this edition of Inside the MFL hosts Joseph Walls, Dr. Richard D. Myles and longtime fan P.J. sat down with the newest Vice President of Football Operations at the Minor Football League Jordon Kalfon to talk about his journey to the Minor Football League and why he is excited to join with them next season. They also talked about what he brings to the league with his experience as a division one scout. Along with that he talked of how he plans to help move the sport forward in a way that he was not able to in the past both from a player perspective and from a fan perspective. He talked about what it means for players along with Dr. Myles to have the opportunity to play in the MFL and how they want players that will always give them their best both on and off the field. On this week's edition of Inside the MFL hosts Joseph Walls, Dr. Richard D. Myles and Keith Jones sat down with the newest player in the Minor Football League Oliver Koffi to talk about his journey to the Minor Football League and why he is excited to join the Washington Chiefs next season. They also talked about what he brings to the league and how he thinks this opportunity can assist in him continuing his football career. They also talked about the MFL combine that took place in Ohio on March 16th and the process Dr. Myles and the MFL GMs go through when putting on a professional combine. As the factory of change the crew also spoke about how females are important to growing the landscape of sports and what it means to allow females to be a part of the MFL in the front office and on the sidelines and how this continues to change the game of football for the better.

The MFL Named a 2022 Moxie Award Finalist
“I want to congratulate our team for enabling us to be recognized among the boldest and most innovative organizations in the D.C. metro community,” MFL Chief Strategy Office Mel Forbes said. Finalists were recently announced by Katie Jordan, the 2022 Moxie Award chair. “This year’s finalists truly represent the spirit of Moxie and we are excited to help tell the stories of how they have persevered through a difficult time and continue to innovate,” Jordan said. “We look forward to revealing the winners at the 2022 Moxie Award celebration on October 26, 2022, at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner.”
